As a business do you rent out or lease property. This could be the building your business works from or a spare building you rent out to others. As of April 2019 it is illegal to sell or rent out any building with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of F or G.

Air Conditioning units (Chillers or Condensers) are normally filled with a gas which can and does damage the atmosphere. Therefore its mandatory to have regular checks and certification that any cooling unit above 12kWh is working and no gas has escaped.
